Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 14 January 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. Additionally, during the regulatory visit on 14 January 2025, we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 13 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider now ensures that at least one person who has a current paediatric first aid certificate is on the premises and available at all times when children are present. The provider has reviewed their admission process to ensure that information about children's dietary and medical information is obtained before they are admitted to the setting. This ensures that staff have key information to help them understand children's individual needs at the start of their admission to the setting. Furthermore, staff have completed training that specifically addresses the care of babies. Staff can explain how this training has helped them to consider the learning environment for those very young children to help them make progress in their learning and development. Additionally, leaders and staff have undertaken

n ensure robust risk assessments are in place and followed, so that hazards are identified and minimised to ensure children's safety.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 6 March 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had taken steps to minimise risks to children and understands her responsibility to identify and manage risks to ensure the safety of all children. For instance, the provider had improved the children's outside play area to ensure that children are not exposed potential hazards. Additionally, leaders and staff had undertaken training in risk assessment to enable them to understand how to take action to minimise risks to children's safety.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
