Life in residence is relaxed, jovial and peaceful and offers a safe sanctuary for the children. This has been pivotal in increasing children’s confidence, self-esteem and communication skills. Additionally, children form caring relationships with other children in residence. There is a real sense of togetherness, which is forged by staff who are committed and take pride in their roles.
