All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

• put arrangements in place for effective leadership oversight of staff, including staff supervision, that promotes teamwork, sensitive discussions, professional development and the continuous improvement of the setting.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22nd January 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit to monitor the welfare requirements notice to see how the provider had responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved arrangements for staff supervisions to align training, monitoring and support for staff. We found that leaders had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, including the correct procedures to follow if they have any concerns about a child. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
