This monitoring visit
The inspector reviewed the staff rotas, to ensure that there is suitable staffing levels in all premises as described in the statement of purpose. The inspector found that the staff rotas reflect the providers agreed staff working patterns. Staff rotas show that there is always at least one member of staff on shift in each of the premises to help and support the children. This helps ensure that children have access to help and support in the event of an emergency. This compliance notice is met.
p.2
This monitoring visit
The inspector sampled children’s files. The inspector found that each child now has a generic support plan. However, the plans are not individual to each child. Children’s support plans do not contain relevant information relating to each child’s particular needs and individual circumstances, and the plans are not up to date. Children are not consulted about their support plans. This compliance notice is not met.
