On 28 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider responded to the actions set in the welfare requirements notice. The provider has improved procedures for the supervision of children, administering medicines safely and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. They have also implemented effective procedures for the supervision of staff to ensure that they receive the support, coaching and training that they need to fulfil their roles and responsibilities.
