p.4
The effectiveness of leaders and managers: good
There has been a recent change to the management team. The registered manager resigned, and the current home manager has been in post for just two weeks. They have not yet applied to register with Ofsted. However, there has been a robust handover between managers before the current manager started in the role. This has ensured a smooth transition, and the child has been supported throughout the changes.
p.4
The effectiveness of leaders and managers: good
Leaders and managers have high expectations of staff. The manager provides good management oversight of the home, which supports staff to be ambitious for the care provided to the child. However, as the manager is new to the home, there has not been sufficient time to fully establish and embed relationships with the child and staff team, and this remains an ongoing development.
