Summary of outcome
On 25 February 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had amended their policy outlining the safe use of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices with imaging and sharing capabilities. This policy gives clear and accurate guidance for staff, parents and visitors in the setting. The provider had improved procedures to protect the privacy of children in their care. Procedures are robust and give full regard to parents' wishes. All staff have been trained to understand and implement these updated policies and procedures. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
