Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

n ensure there are robust systems in place to prevent children being exposed to risk, particularly by preventing any unauthorised access to the setting
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 February 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had enhanced the security of the setting, to prevent unauthorised access. They had also reviewed and enhanced their existing policies in relation to managing arrivals and departures from the setting, so that the door to the setting always remains secure. Additionally, all staff have been thoroughly trained on the updated policies and their understanding checked. Leaders now take direct responsibility to oversee arrivals and departures from the setting.
