Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 January 2025, the provider notified us about not meeting requirements relating to staff:child ratios relating to the supervision of children. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for/is in regular contact with children on the premises.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has improved their procedures for the supervision of children when they transition between the indoor and outdoor environments. When staff assist children to move between the areas, staff now immediately complete a head count. This enables staff to verify that all children remain accounted for to ensure their safety. Staff have been advised of the improved procedures and management complete regular checks to ensure the implementation of these procedures.

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
