All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 23 January 2025, the provider notified us of a new significant incident. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events. On 3 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised on 8 January 2025, and to explore the information within the most recent notification. We found that all staff, including those with a lead role in safeguarding, have updated and improved their knowledge of safeguarding matters. This includes their understanding of their safeguarding roles and responsibilities and the signs and symptoms of potential child abuse. We also found that the provider has made positive changes to the way they communicate with parents, in order to meet children's individual care needs.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
