Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 August 2023, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, staff: child ratios, and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 August 2024 we received further concerns relating to the same matters detailed in the notification. In addition, we received concerns about qualifications, training, support and skills, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, and information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 December 2024 and 8 January 2025, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 13 February 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has implemented new measures for all staff to be inducted to the setting's policies and procedures for safeguarding, and for safer management of the use of mobile devices by staff and children. The provider has taken additional robust steps to build on partnerships with parents, and to ensure there is always prompt and informative two-way communication. The provider has reviewed how relevant policies and procedures are made more accessible to parents, and to address any complaints from parents promptly. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
