Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 February 2025, the provider notified us about relevant information regarding Changes to be notified to Ofsted. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for, or/is in regular contact with, children on the premises on which childminding is provided.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that although the provider had taken some swift and appropriate action, they were not meeting the requirement relating to the maximum number of adults who can work together under a childminder registration. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n demonstrate how you will comply with the requirement of your childminder registration, by ensuring that the number of adults working or assisting, does not exceed four at any one time.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 February 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider has changed the staffing rota, to ensure that the number of people providing childcare at any one time does not exceed four. We are satisfied the provider has met the action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
