Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 17 January 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and a regulatory visit on 24 January 2025. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.

p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are up to date, including the procedures in responding to an allegation against a member of staff, and that these are understood and implemented by all staff
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure that there is effective oversight of the setting to provide all staff, including managers, with effective supervision, support and coaching, which encourages the confidential discussion of sensitive issues. On 13 February 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved arrangements for staff supervisions to align training, monitoring and support for staff. We found that leaders had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, including the correct procedures to follow if they have any concerns about a member of staff. This ensures staff fully understand their roles and responsibilities. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
