Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 November 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to health, safety and suitability of premises, environment, and equipment as well as information and record keeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 January 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has reviewed the procedure for recording children's daily food intake and has made improvements. All details are now thoroughly documented on recording systems that are in place. This enables parents to have a better understanding of what their child has eaten during the day. The provider also identified that where there are specific dietary needs, an additional face to face meeting with parents is required. This is to clarify the details of the child's diet and how this will be safely provided. This supports staff to be fully informed of any special dietary needs to enable them to support the child.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
