Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 October 2024, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 16 October 2024, because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 21 November 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had taken action and met some of the actions, but not all of the actions set in the welfare requirement notice. In addition, a further breach was also identified. The provider had failed to identify a suitably qualified and experienced individual to take the lead role for children who may have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). That's said, we found that the provider and staff had completed training covering all aspects of safeguarding to ensure their knowledge is secure. This included developing their knowledge and understanding of where to report concerns about the welfare of children or if an allegation was made against a member of staff. Effective steps had been taken to make sure all required all required information and records were

organised, accessible and available when requested. The provider had taken steps to ensure fire safety requirements were adhered to and appropriate fire doors were installed.
p.1
Summary of outcome
As some of the actions were not met, we have served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Actions needed by 3 January 2025:

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 26 November 2024, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 7 January 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the additional safeguarding and welfare actions raised in the welfare requirement notice. We found that the provider has taken suitable steps to ensure that the deputy manager is capable and qualified to take charge in the managers absence. Effective steps have been taken to review risk assessments and make sure that they are effective and relevant to the setting. These are completed each day by staff at the start and end of the day. Staff have undergone training in relation to handling behaviour children may present and clear strategies are in place. Suitably qualified and experienced coordinators have now been identified to support children and families. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Publication of compliance action
We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration. We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
