Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 22 November 2024, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 3 December 2024 we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. Following this visit, served the provider with a Welfare Requirements Notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Summary of outcome

On 9 January 2025 we carried out another unannounced regulatory visit. We found the provider has made significant improvements to address the actions and ensure the legal requirements are met. Cots have new bedding and mattresses. Staff are effectively implementing what they have learned from additional training in supporting children with SEND. Staffing arrangements have been changed to ensure that all children are adequately supervised to keep them safe and the individual needs of children are met.
