We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider had reviewed the procedures for supervising children on the way to school and while they were eating. However, the provider had not implemented effective risk assessment and was still not adhering to the requirements for staff-to-child ratios. We have served a further welfare requirements notice.
