All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 26 November 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved the settling-in procedures and ensures the key-person arrangements are effective to meet individual children's needs. They have introduced more rigorous cleaning and monitoring systems in the nursery, to promote children's good health. Risk assessments have been strengthened to ensure children's safety. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. On 20 December 2024, the provider shared their internal investigations in relation to their notification to Ofsted on 18 September 2024. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider shared that not all staff had a secure knowledge and understanding of how to implement their first-aid training to ensure that children receive the correct care in the event of an injury. The provider
