Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 November 2024, the provider notified us about a breach to safeguarding policies and procedures. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 November 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. This includes an audit of staffs' skills and knowledge. Leaders have outlined their plans to provide further refreshers and guidance on policies and procedures, to ensure that all staff understand their roles and responsibilities. Leaders are implementing new systems to further improve communication between staff. The processes for recording children's milk feeds have been improved. Leaders have made changes to staffing arrangements to further improve the monitoring of staff practice.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Additionally, during the regulatory visit on 26 November 2024, we found new areas of concern that were unrelated to the notification made by the provider. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.
p.1
Summary of outcome
In relation to the new areas of concern, on 26 November 2024, we issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n raise leaders' understanding and awareness of the statutory guidance 'Disqualification under the Childcare Act 2006', and pay regard to this during recruitment and suitability procedures.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 December 2024, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of the statutory guidance 'Disqualification under the Childcare Act 2006' as part of their recruitment and suitability checks . T he information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
