Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 October 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to supporting and understanding children's behaviour, food and drink facilities, training and skills and suitable people. In addition, on 15 November 2024, the provider notified us about understanding children's behaviour, food and drink facilities and training and skills. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event, however the notification was delayed.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 November and 22 November 2024, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
n ensure staff understand and implement safeguarding procedures, in particular the whistle-blowing procedure. On 13 December 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved staff knowledge and understanding of their whistle-blowing procedures, managing behaviour and feeding practices. T he information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
