Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 12 November 2024, the provider notified us about Safeguarding policies and procedures, Staff:child ratios and Qualifications, training, support and skills. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.

Summary of outcome
On 17 December 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was meeting the ratio requirements that apply to the total number of staff available to work directly with children. They also had safeguarding policies and procedures in place. However, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that children in their care are not exposed to risks. They have determined where it is helpful to make some written risk assessments in relation to specific issues. These have been shared with all staff during meetings to inform staff practice. The provider has strengthened induction training to help new staff understand their roles and responsibilities, with particular regard to safeguarding. The provider has reviewed staffing arrangements, particularly around times of transition, to ensure that children are adequately supervised. The provider will be able to
