Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 12 September 2024, the provider notified us about a matter relating to information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 December 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Leaders had attended refresher safeguarding training and taken steps to ensure that staff understand their whistleblowing responsibilities. Additionally, leaders had updated the safeguarding policy and procedures, so it aligns with the guidance of local safeguarding partners. Staff have improved their understanding of the correct procedure to follow, should they have concerns about the safety or welfare of a child.
