Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 30 October 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and on 2 December 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the call and visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. They had provided relevant training for leaders and staff, including staff with lead responsibilities for safeguarding. The provider had updated their policies and procedures for safeguarding, to ensure they are in line with local safeguarding partnership procedures. They had implemented effective arrangements for staff supervision, including targeted coaching and mentoring for staff. The provider had improved the key person arrangements and support which they provide for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They had made improvements to systems for storing information and record keeping, which help to
