Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure robust risk assessment are in place so that any person who has not had the required suitability checks, including visitors to the setting, do not have unsupervised access to children at any time. On 9 December 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit and found that the provider had improved their knowledge of the procedures to follow in the event of an allegation being made. They had completed individual meetings for staff to enable them to plan coaching and training moving forwards. The provider had gained appropriate training for those involved in preparing and handling food and had reviewed the premises and equipment for health and safety. They had ensured that risk assessments are in place to manage visitors to the setting and to prevent unauthorised persons from gaining entry to the premises. However, we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
