Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. p.1

Summary of outcome

On 3 December 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had put into place appropriate arrangements in case of an emergency at the nursery. Leaders have ensured that all staff understand and follow the procedures for when children are absent from the nursery for unexplained reasons. The policies for health and safety have been reviewed by staff, and their understanding of how to carry out risk assessments of the nursery has been checked and monitored by leaders. T he information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
