Summary of outcome
On 27 November 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had arranged paediatric first aid training to all staff who may drive the minibus. Staff have explored safe deployment within a team meeting. This included scenarios for staff to consider the potential impact on the safe supervision of children if they leave the nursery room at certain times of the day. Risk assessments have been recently reviewed and all staff have now signed to confirm that they have read and understand. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
