p.1
Summary of outcome
If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 October 2024, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 November 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of recruitment and vetting. The provider had taken appropriate steps to ensure persons whose suitability is not yet assured do not provide intimate care or have unsupervised access to children. The provider had also developed a programme of training and support for the staff team to ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively. The provider had taken steps to ensure children who speak an additional language are supported to acquire proficiency in English.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
