Once on site, children are informed which colour group they are going to be in that day and what special activities are planned for that group, such as swimming. This ensures that children are familiar with what activities to expect during their day. Staff spend time talking with parents to ascertain any specific information about how the children have been since they last attended and whether there is anything new they need to know.
