This provision meets requirements
Staff effectively support children to behave well. Staff talk about the rules at the beginning of the day, and they remind children of these throughout the session. For example, staff show children how to use their listening ears when they explain what they are going to do next. When children become distracted, staff encourage them to re-engage by playing simple games with them until staff have regained their attention. This helps children to maintain their concentration.
