Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 January 2024 we received concerns that this provider might not be meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We carried out an unannounced visit and found no breaches to requirements in relation to the concerns raised. However, we found that while children played outside on most days, this did not happen every day. This is a breach of requirements and was affecting the children's emotions and behaviour. We issued a notice to improve. This is a notice that asks the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.
p.1
Summary of outcome
improve children's well-being by providing daily outdoor play (unless circumstances make this inappropriate, for example unsafe weather conditions). By 2 February 2023. We monitored the notice to improve and were satisfied that the provider had complied with it. The provider remains registered.
