Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 November 2024, the provider notified us about staff:child ratios. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 November 2024, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. We found the provider was meeting the qualification requirements for staff:child ratios. However, we found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has ensured that staff are deployed effectively so that children are well supervised. Changes have been made to daily routines so that all staff headcount children thoroughly, especially during transitional times. All areas are now rigorously checked, before leaving them, to establish that all children are accounted for. Staff ensure that the headcount and the attendance register are cross referenced. Training has been provided to help staff enhance communication within rooms, so they always know the whereabouts of colleagues and children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
