The provision is good

Children are happy and settled in the care of the nurturing childminder. They show that they feel safe and secure in the homely environment that the childminder creates. She plans routines that enable children to work on their developing skills, such as their independence. For example, on arrival, children select a small model with their name on to self-register. The childminder builds positive relationships with children and gets to know their individual needs and interests well. She works in partnership with parents well and gathers information about children's care routines and what they can do. This helps the childminder to know each child's unique developmental stage and enables her to adapt her practice to build on their existing early skills and knowledge. All children make good progress.
