Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 7 November 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has implemented measures to ensure staff are now deployed effectively, which has resulted in them spending direct time with children rather than being occupied by chores. This helps staff meet the needs of all children. In addition, the provider has strengthened procedures regarding the use of mobile phones in the setting. The information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration.
