Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 September 2024, the provider notified us of a significant event. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 October 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 4 November 2024 we made a follow up visit to the provider. We found that the provider has updated their safeguarding policies and procedures to include that any referrals will be made within 24 hours. They have also made use of technology to ensure that they can now see and hear children at all times if they are playing in another room. This also minimises any potential risks to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has also worked closely with parents to alter, where possible, the days and/ or times that some children attend, to ensure that staff-child ratios are maintained.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider promotes young children's language and communication skills by now discouraging the use of dummies when children are not upset or tired. She has also reviewed the activities provided for children and ensures they promote learning and development opportunities, while also being enjoyable for the children. We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider.
