On 30 October 2024 we monitored the provider's response to the actions. All actions have been met except the one relating to suitability checks for the directors. We found the provider had taken swift action to ensure staff and manager's knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and the settings policies and procedures was secure, to ensure requirements are met. They also understand how to meet the qualification requirements and maintain the required records. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
