Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 29 August 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. We liaised with external agencies regarding these concerns.

Summary of outcome
On 29 October 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has developed their understanding of their responsibility to liaise with local statutory children's services agencies and other relevant external agencies, within the required timescales, to improve safety for children. They have supported staff to improve their understanding of children's behaviour, by updating relevant policies and providing additional staff training.
