Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 29 August 2024, 4 September 2024 and 27 September 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 18 October 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit to the setting. We found that the provider has ensured staff understand how to support children's behaviour in an appropriate way. Written records of accidents and injuries are completed and shared with families. Leaders are clear with regards to the changes that they must notify to Ofsted. The setting has an adequate number of toilets there are suitable hygienic changing facilities for changing any children who are in nappies. Leaders have a good understanding of how to deal with any concerns and complaints from parents and/or carers. They ensure there are enough staff available to care for the children and all children have a named key person. In the mornings, the younger children join up in other rooms in the setting. Once they transfer to their base
