Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 August 2024, the provider notified us about changes that must be notified to Ofsted. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 October 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure no unauthorised persons can gain entry to the premises and they remain secure at all times when children are present.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 October 2024, the provider responded to the action set. They have confirmed they have introduced a new policy to ensure all staff are aware of the safety issues relating to the security of the setting. Staff have signed a declaration to confirm they understand the new policy. They have installed signage to remind all premises users to ensure the doors are locked and the premises remains secure when children are present. We are satisfied the provider has met the action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
