Summary of outcome
We visited on 2 September 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider's assistant had improved knowledge about safeguarding matters and the procedures to follow should there be a concern about a child. The provider now uses a monitor to observe sleeping children frequently. However, the provider's own safeguarding knowledge is not sufficient. The provider and their assistant do not manage children's behaviour suitable and there are no established arrangements to support assistants practice. We have served a further welfare requirements notice.
