in place, such as putting their shoes away so they do not become a tripping hazard. n The childminder recognises that working in partnership with parents is important. He means to develop a positive relationship with families from the start. The childminder plans to collect information on children's routines, likes and dislikes, and what they can already do. This will help children to settle into the setting and promote their well-being. n The childminder has good links with his local authority and knows the local procedure should he have any concerns about children in his care. He understands that he needs the local authority procedures from where children live, if they live in a different county. This provision meets requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
