Summary of outcome
On 4 October 2024, we completed a monitoring visit to check the steps the provider had taken to meet the actions. The provider has implemented suitability checks for the staff who are associated with the organisation. The fire exits have been cleared and security procedures reviewed to ensure that the entrance is clear of any obstructions. The provider demonstrates an understanding of the space requirements and that the premises are not suitable for babies. The provider has reviewed the risk assessments for the premises and off-site activities, including outings. Ofsted are satisfied with the action taken by the provider.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 October 2024, we reviewed the suspension notice. The provider's registration continues to be suspended because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
