Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 May 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, and qualifications, training, support and skills.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 30 May 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 31 May 2024 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider had a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 19 June 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements but had taken action to put these right. We found that the provider has improved risk assessments. The provider was able to recognise some of the risks and has put a new risk assessment in place.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Additionally, during the regulatory visit on 19 June 2024 we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.

p.1

Summary of outcome

In relation to the new areas of concerns we found on the 19 June 2024. The provider has notified Ofsted to allow Ofsted to undertake suitability checks on every other person looking after children on the premises.
