Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 10 July 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their risk assessments. Children's food is suitably prepared to reduce the risk of choking and the provider has taken steps to minimise risks of infection or injury in the children's outdoor area. The provider understands her responsibility to provide Ofsted with information about assistants to allow for any suitability checks to be completed as necessary. The provider ensures that there is at least one person with current paediatric first aid training available at all times when children are present. In addition, the provider has gained parental permission to leave children with an assistant. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
