Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework—2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 September 2024, the provider notified us about safeguarding policies and procedures. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of an alleged allegation of harm regarding a member of staff.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 September 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider is aware that they did not follow appropriate procedures, such as notifying Ofsted of allegations of harm within 14 days and also not notifying the local authority designated officer (LADO) about this. The provider has taken action to ensure that this does not occur again through reviewing the safeguarding policies and procedures. They have made sure that all those working with children know to report concerns about safeguarding to the appropriate agency in an appropriate time frame.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
