Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 23 September 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 23 September 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider was now complying with the requirements of health and safety legislation and that the premises was suitably clean and hygienic. Risk assessments have been used effectively to minimise risks to children's safety. The provider was now monitoring staff's practice and providing support for them to understand their roles and responsibilities in promoting the health and safety of children. The information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
