We found that the provider had improved the oversight of the setting by identifying effective arrangements for the supervision of all staff. The lead practitioner for safeguarding has improved their knowledge and understanding of the procedures to follow in the event of an allegation being made against a member of staff. Staff have also received support and training to understand their role to safeguard children.
