Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 8 August 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
• ensure children are only left in sole care of registered childminding assistants who are known to Ofsted; and at least one person holds a current paediatric first aid certificate when children are present.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 September 2024, the provider responded to the action set. The provider confirmed they have no plans to use an assistant to care for the children. They understand if they were to use an assistant then they would need to notify Ofsted and ensure relevant suitability checks were completed. The provider also understands that children should always be in the care of a person who holds current paediatric first aid. The information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
