Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. The manager is motivated to create effective change. All staff have completed training in behaviour management strategies. Fresh drinking water is available for all children. Staff regularly prompt young children to have a drink. There are new waste bins throughout the nursery.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The manager regularly monitors and supervises staff and their practice. The provider has designed a new curriculum that they are keen to continue to embed into everyday practice. Support for children with special educational needs and/ or disabilities has been strengthened. New plans and targets are shared with key persons and parents. T he information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
