Summary of outcome
On 4 September 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider has provided required information to Ofsted to ensure the suitability of individuals involved in the provision. A new manager has been appointed who holds an appropriate level 6 qualification. In addition, the provider ensures there are two qualified staff working with children at all times. The management team have started establishing supervision arrangements to support the on-going training and development of staff. The provider now offers staff access to further training opportunities. This has included developing their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures. The provider has started to implement training which will develop staff's understanding of how to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities
