Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 June 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 30 July 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We issued an action for the provider to take. We also found that the provider had failed to notify us of a significant event that may affect the suitability of the provider to look after children. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

• ensure that staff are effectively deployed so that children are adequately supervised.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the action is successfully completed.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 August 2024, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider has improved the weekly and daily reviews of staffing to ensure ratios are met. They have also ensured that staff are aware of the requirements of staff to child ratios to provide adequate supervision of children. The information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
